Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), provided items are in stock.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched—not when the order is placed.


3. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Royalty Beauty Palace, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

All packages are insured. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g., United States Postal Service) to file a claim.


B. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons.
